Terms of Use
By using ReelEstate AI you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
ReelEstate AI creates vertical property videos from photos and details you provide. It can generate scripts and narrations with artificial intelligence, captions, a location map and a publishing kit (images and texts for social media, portals and WhatsApp), which you should review before publishing. It is a beta version (prototype), provided "as is" and "as available". It may contain errors, change or become unavailable without notice.
2. Rights to photos and data
- You may only upload or import photos, logos, images of people and data that you hold the rights to or are authorised to use (e.g. your own listing or a client's listing with their permission).
- When importing a listing you must confirm: “I confirm that I hold the rights to these photos and details (my own listing or one I am authorised to use)”.
- If you upload a photo of a person (e.g. the agent), you must have that person's consent.
- You are responsible for complying with the terms of the websites you import listings from.
3. Proper use and non-misleading content
- You must not use the service to present a property in a misleading way, for example with false details, prices, areas or features.
- You must not alter photos to hide defects or show things that do not exist.
- AI-generated images may only be used if clearly labelled as such, as with the example property.
- You must follow the rules that apply to property advertising and consumer protection (e.g. showing the energy class where required).
- You must not use the service for unlawful purposes, to send offensive content or to overload the service.
4. AI-generated text and voice
Scripts, translations and narrations are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You must review and, where needed, correct all text before publishing. You are responsible for the final content you publish. The narration voice is synthetic. Where the law or platforms require it, disclose that the content was AI-generated or AI-assisted.
5. Third-party content
Music is by Komiku (CC0). Fonts are distributed under the SIL Open Font License and icons are Lucide (ISC licence). Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL), via OpenFreeMap / OpenMapTiles. The map attribution in the video must not be removed.
6. Your videos
The video is created on your device and is yours to use, within the rights you hold to the photos and data used and these terms.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service gives no warranty of results, availability or fitness for a particular purpose and is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the generated videos or texts. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you by mandatory law.
8. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookies page.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page.
